April 30, 2011 was Jackie and Brian’s wedding day and what a day it was. It started out with Jackie and her bridesmaids getting ready at Jackie’s parents house. Jackie’s dress and hair style gave her a classic and elegant look. They all looked good enough to stop traffic; as a matter of fact we did stop traffic to take photos in the street in front of the house. Brian and the guys were ready to go when they arrived at the church, St. Agnes in Colonia. Brian could not wait to see his bride come down the aisle. Once the ceremony was over we went to the reception at The Manor in West Orange. The gardens at The Manor are beautiful; we didn’t waste the opportunity to have some fun taking photos there. It was very important to Jackie and Brian that we take some photos at the gazebo in the back because that is where Jackie’s parents had gotten engaged. A little later on that night Jackie and Brian snuck away for a few minutes to enjoy a few moments alone (and a few pictures) in the wine cellar. Since they share a passion for wine and enjoy going to tastings together this was a special moment they let us capture for them.
We kicked off wedding season with Alaina and Jon’s wedding. Their ceremony was at St. Mary’s in Middletown; followed by a stop at Riverside Gardens Park in Red Bank to enjoy the view. After the park they joined the party at the PNC Reception Center where they enjoyed the night surrounded by family and friends. They had some really nice locations and scenery but what really made the day was that Alaina and Jon really enjoyed themselves; they never stopped smiling at each other.

We received a really nice thank you note recently for a family portrait and wanted to share it with you.
We want to thank you for all of your patience and work with us these past months. We love all of the work you have done. The family portrait was a huge hit. My Mother cried over it and just can't stop raving. We're looking forward to working with you in August.

There is no better way to cure a turkey hangover than to celebrate a wedding with family and friends. Sarah and Rob were married Thanksgiving weekend. They had quite a few things planned for their wedding day; the ceremony was in Old Bridge with plans to go to the beach for pictures. Now it wasn’t freezing that day, but let’s just say that November on the Jersey shore is not a great time to tan. Sarah and Rob would not let a little chill in the air deter them from getting the photos they wanted with New York and the bridges in background. The timing was perfect as the sun went down. Then off to the Lakeside Manor in Hazlet for an awesome reception which was visited by the Camden County Police and Fire pipes and drums. The pipes and drums played for the bride and groom and then the B Street Band took over and filled the dance floor the rest of the night.
